Analysis of what the client wants to propose in their project to meet their expectations.

Design phase. In this phase, periodic meetings will be stablished with the client in which we will present the evolution of the design through three-dimensional visualizations, plans and reference images. With this we will obtain the client´s response to make the adjustments and continue developing and completing the project. The hyper-realistic infographics and virtual reality glasses allow to understand the project before building it, making design decisions and, in case of investment advancing its commercialization.

PHASE 02/ TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION

Documentation to be prepared for the development of the project.

• Plans and Technical Report
• Measurments and budget
• Procedures with the administration for coordination and final delivery

PHASE 03/ SELECTION OF THE CONTRACT

The selection of the contracts will be carried out by the client for the executions works. The technical documentation provided as part of the project (measurments and plans) will serve for the elaboration by the contractor of the detailed material execution budget. Once you receive economic offers, the information will be valued, analyzing the technical and economic feasability, comparing them and analyzing in detail each budgeted unit. We advise requesting three offers to compare.

PHASE 04/ WORK MANAGEMENT

During the work, monitoring is carried out through periodic visits, guaranteeing that the execution is in accordance with what has been designed in the project. There will also be a budgetary control of it.
