The project consists of fifty-seven tourist apartments on a 1600 m² plot in Tenerife south  . Due to the shape and strategic position of the plot, a spiral building is proposed, adapting to the curved shape of one of its sides and absorbing the unevenness of the terrain. This strategy allows us to minimise the cross views between apartments and avoid taking away the views from each other. By screwing the building around the edges of the plot, a large area in the center is freed up for the common areas and the implantation of the heart of the project. As if it were an oasis, the pool appears surrounded by typically Canarian gardens. At the lowest point, to the southwest of the plot, the building looks out to the maximum and opens forming the main access door. To the north, diagonally, there is a secondary access that connects directly with the park and the public spaces in the area. The apartments are opened in search of the best views and optimal orientation. On the ground floor we have two typologies always looking south. With terraces at the foot of the pool or with large private gardens. The first floor is a circle of apartments with large terraces facing the oasis. The cover is divided into three parts. A technical cover for capturing solar energy in the highest part. A low maintenance garden like a green carpet in view of the higher apartments. And a solarium with sea views for the use or enjoyment of customers.
