Residential development on a sloping plot of 3850 m². The program consists of three houses, for three brothers, of five hundred square meters each. And a set of townhouses, around an urbanisation with common services, in the lowest part. The steep slope of the land is used to arrange the pieces, so that the views towards the ocean and the island of La Gomera in the background are not interrupted. Four terraces on which three villas are placed and an L-shaped development of townhouses. Two of them, one hundred and fifty square meters, are aligned to the east and the other four, of one hundred square meters, are located and open to the south. In this way, cross views are avoided and privacy is gained. The final image is of a set whose pieces dialogue with each other and with the environment. The colours and materials of the place itself contribute to generating harmony on the site.
