Flexible single-family housing project. Able to adapt to seasonal use as a home for the owners for 6 months, vacation rental use for 3 months and loaned housing for family and friends the resto of the time. The versatility of the program, the steep slope of the land and the search for sea ciews at all costs are the three maiitems that organize the complex. Like a nest on top of a tree, it is implanted in harmony with the landscape and the surrounding materials with the aim of contemplating rather tah being contemplated. An obcervation towe supporte as little as possible to alow the ground to pass and instead of interrupting, allow everuthing to happen. Where the tasks of the day pass comfortably on a single floor deigned for this purpose and the rest of the program is improvised acoording to the users and the moment in wich they occur. Live in tune.
