It is a building with 26 apartments located in the Trinidad neighborhood in the center of Malaga. The high housing prices in the city force us to design compact apartments, minimizing distribution surfaces and integrating kitchens into living rooms. Despite being small homes, they have all the luxury of equipment such as the pool and solarium on the deck with a full bathroom and a common laundry and clothesline area. In addition, on the ground floor there is a communal garden patio that improves energy efficiency by enabling cross ventilation and other passive systems such as overhangs that provide shade for solar protection. All supported by heat pump systems that reduce consumption and are powered by clean energy with solar and photovoltaic panel installations. Finally, there are two garage floors for parking and storage rooms.
